Introduction:
The 20-4000 Hamburg rutting test machine (small rutting) is used to evaluate the ability of asphalt mixtures to resist rutting and deformation under simulated traffic conditions.
The Infratest rutter combines air heating and immersion heating test environments, with a glass cover and insulation design to ensure that the temperature is strictly controlled within the specified range during the test process. This device can test two samples simultaneously. For the convenience of placing the specimen, the loading wheel can stay outside the testing area. To prevent the influence of preloading on the specimen and damage to the wheel, the loading wheel will automatically descend and ascend before and after the start and end of the test.
The entire experimental process, including temperature rise, temperature measurement, number of times the loading wheel is rolled, and depth of rutting development, is automatically controlled and stored by software. Users can write and run their own experimental programs in the software. The integrated touch control screen installed on the glass cover facilitates all operations and running.
The height of the two chassis of the 20-4000 Hamburg rutting test machine (small rutting) can be adjusted through screw rods. The chassis can accept different types and specifications of specimen molds, including clamping type (without gypsum substrate) and gypsum mold (without demolding).
